1. General Rules
1.1 Refund Processing Fees
All refunds are subject to the following fee structure:
Eligible payments: Credit Card / Alipay / Google Pay
A 10% processing fee + $1 payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
All fees will be directly deducted from the refunded amount.
1.2 Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
1.3 Refund Processing Policy
All refund requests must be submitted via customer support (support@kindproxy.com) and will be reviewed and processed by our official team.
2. Product Eligibility
2.1 Traffic-Based Plans
Refunds for traffic-based plans are only eligible under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases
- Refunds are only available when KindProxy services are confirmed to be unavailable due to issues on our side.
- If, after technical investigation, the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the service.
Usage Limits
- Used traffic must not exceed 10% of the purchased plan.
- Total usage must not exceed 1GB.
2.2 Static ISP Proxy
- Refunds are subject to the general processing fee policy.
- No refunds will be issued in cases of abuse or violation of the Terms of Service.
2.3 Priority Technical Support
If any service issues occur, KindProxy will first provide technical support. Depending on the outcome, a refund or replacement may be offered.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Incomplete or inaccurate user information
- Accounts suspended due to violation of laws or Terms of Service
- Abuse or misuse of services
- Data has already been transmitted or consumed
- Service performance meets the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Expired or inactive plans
- Issues caused by third-party networks, ISPs, or external infrastructure beyond our control
- Client-side software compatibility issues
Each user is eligible for only one refund request, applicable to the initial order only. Upgrades, renewals, or plan changes are non-refundable.
4. General Terms
KindProxy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team, and the final decision will be communicated via email.
